I have lost 8 kilos. When first in the gym I rested midway through rowing the subscribed 1 kilometer. I now row 2 kilometers without pause. I also have upped my bicycling from 2.5 kilometers on the flat to 3 kilometers at 6% incline and have upped my walk from 1.5 kilometers on the flat to 1.5 kilometers at 9%.
Better yet, I am, the speaker at a Malvern Spa ladies' luncheon next week...!
Three weeks and I fly BA Heathrow to Delhi.
